Wise Scan

WiseScan allows users to scan and/or import a range of documents, including PDF, Excel and Word, then connect them to Wise Subscription System. You can take attachments from Outlook and connect them directly with an invoice by dragging them with your mouse pointer.

System features

Connect documents and images with invoices by clicking them and dragging them over an invoice. Easily connect one or more scanned items with each invoice. Select whether to input documents direct from a scanner or from a folder. Once scanned/imported, documents are easy to access, move or connect to data.

Specify which invoices you intend to work with. Choose to see invoices that are yet to be connected with documents or those connected with a signature. WiseScan can also connect to purchase accounts and more in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV).

Use watermarks in WiseScan to put the document number from Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) onto a scanned document. Use shortcut keys to turn this feature on and off.
