Reduce paper usage and take advantage of technology. Wise Capture is a simple and user-friendly solution that converts image-based documents into a readable document for electronic messaging. Wise Capture is an addition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the solution is both easy and convenient to use.

An invoice is received by e-mail and from there automatically goes into a program (OCR scanner) which returns the document converted into Electronic invoices so that it can be sent directly to the accounts without typing. The original document is attached as an attachment throughout the process.

An invoice is sent electronically by e-mail to a predetermined e-mail address, e.g. invoices@company.com. From there, the bill flows directly into the OCR scanner and is processed. Subsequently, the invoice is read directly into Business Central and sent for registration in a subscription or in a journal. From there, a traditional career in Business Central takes over.
