Workbooks or Excel files can be created for department managers to work more on the budget. These changes can then be used to update the budget.

Based on automatic runs that are extremely labor-saving. A few examples of side processes are: Pay plans, depreciations and in-house rent collected in the assets system, project execution plan and change in net assets, collect debts, installments and next years’ installments from the Bond Management, setting up transfers, processing and booking.

The Payment Schedule is based on the status of liquid assets at the beginning of the schedule period and entries of capital inflow and outflow built on physical data for a short period of time and estimated data for a longer period. Payment Schedules can be made as often as the user wishes and different versions can be saved as needed.

Comparison of schedules and physical data can be made and published on financial keys and departments that are past schedule, either past due date or past the annual schedule.

When the setup of the balance sheet and cash flow has been created, it will appear according to the data that has been entered in the system.

When a budget has been confirmed and changes need to be made, additions for the business and change of net assets are available.
