Wise offers powerful connections and integrations of a few online stores. All the solutions include that BC manages most of the data, products, customers and related information entered into BC. Inventory position is integrated with the ecommerce several times each day, to prevent the sale of products that are out of stock. When stores are operated alongside ecommerce, their sales are also integrated along with ecommerce sales to maintain the correct inventory position. Sale is booked as a standard sales invoice in Business Central.

The solutions offer a discount machine that maintains coordinated deals in stores and ecommerce. All the solutions use automatic bookings of sales and payments which means that manual entries are no longer necessary.

Wise offers integration with online stores such as WooCommerce, Shopify and Dynamicweb, which is a large solution which does not only offer retail functionality, but also sales to companies.

The eCommerce connection receives sales orders that form directly into the Business Central sales system. The service receives all necessary information to create a sales order which can then be booked in Business Central.

Included in the product information is for example product ID, product description, unit price, discount price and inventory position. Inventory position can be accessed for one or more depots. The latest product changes can also be accessed, whether or not the inventory or the product card has changed.

Customer information can be easily accessed in Business Central by searching for social security numbers and also by setting up new customers.

Prices, special prices and discounts for customers can be accessed in Business Central. One or more products can be accessed at a time.

Communications with the ecommerce connection go through the SOAP and Odata web service standards and the setup in Business Central is simple. Information about web service links is available and can be sent to the installer of the online store.
