Calculate and send information about shares to Nasdaq, which will oversee payments into VS accounts. Specify which shareholders are exempt from capital gains tax.

The system retrieves information about new shareholders, changes to company registration and share movements from Nasdaq using XML communications.

The system sends dividend payment slips and information about capital gains taxes on dividend payments to the tax authorities using XML communications.

The system takes advantage the best of Dynamics 365 Business Central NAV along with connections to a Microsoft SQL database. Entries relating to dividend payments are joint entries in the financial accounts.

Print out a range of data including meeting invites, entry tickets and ballot papers as well as shareholding slips which can also be sent to the tax authorities.
