Wise Human Resources allows organizations to manage information about employees in one place, from the interview process until the end of employment. Basic information about employees is entered into the system along with education, qualifications, equipment in their charge and other items. The system gives a good overview of each employee's job history through information about courses they attend, in-service training, absences, travel expenses, illness, etc.
The system can be connected to Wise Payroll, financial accounts, sales, assets management and job-order costing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
