Product audit is confirmed electronically so that confirmation is sent to the phone number of the contact who is picking up the product. The person in question clicks on a link received on the phone which leads to a website where the person in question reviews the order and accepts it electronically.

System features

Once the product withdrawal has been confirmed, a response is sent back to Business Central, which keeps track of tracking easily and clearly of the person who picked up the product and when. The contact is also given the option to save the confirmation to your phone after the product audit has been confirmed.

A product audit confirmation is sent via text message to the recipient's phone, where the person clicks on the link and receives an interface to confirm the product audit electronically. With contactless authentication, all printing becomes unnecessary and electronic authentication is sent to Business Central, which creates complete traceability. The recipient can use a phone and therefore does not touch the tool, equipment or stationery of the supplier.
