Wise and Þekking move forward as one – uniting strengths to deliver a complete digital offering
Following the acquisition of Þekking in 2023 and regulatory approval by the Icelandic Competition Authority, the two companies have now fully merged under the Wise brand. The Reykjavík teams are now located together at Wise HQ in Ofanleiti 2, and the Akureyri offices will consolidate this summer at a new joint location at Hafnarstræti 91. Wise also operates a growing office in Lithuania.
With nearly 200 employees and a combined annual turnover exceeding ISK 4 billion, Wise now stands as one of the largest and most comprehensive IT providers in Iceland.

The merger combines decades of experience in software development and managed IT services.
